Amy Amy Janet JanetAubrey Plaza is a comedian and performer born in the month of June, 1984. The wit of her deadpan personality has earned her the respect of many a choice for comedy. She stars as April Ludgate on "Parks and Recreation." After doing sketches and improv in the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, Plaza began her web-based television debut in the series "The Jeannie Tate Show." The show went on to appear in Judd Apatow's "Funny People" and "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" later in her career. Today is her birthday. Aubrey Christina Plaza was born in Wilmington, Delaware, the daughter of the attorney Bernadette and Financial specialist David Plaza. The woman is Puerto Rican and her mother is Irish, English and Irish. Plaza has received her education at an all-girls Catholic institution in the year 2002, as well as the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University in 2006. As a high-school senior Plaza served as the director of the Wilmington Drama League and a participant in its student body.
